Certified Nursing Assistant w/Bonus 30+ hours

Job Details

Location:
Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living

Sign on bonuses: starting from $1500 for part-time, $3000 for full-time.

Compensation: up to $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Shift differential: 3PM-11:30PM ($3.00), 11:00PM-7:30AM ($2.00).

Work every weekend (WEW) shift differential: $6.00 per hour.

Role Overview

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), support residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to meet their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living.
  • Implement personal care plans respecting residents’ preferences and routines.
  • Support resident activities and programs.
  • Coordinate with clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
  • Current CNA certification for the state of employment.
  • CPR certification preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Basic computer skills required.
