CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant – Skilled Nursing Community

$2000 Sign-on/Retention Bonus for Full-time

Shift Details:

• Day Shift: 6am-6pm or 6am-2pm
• Night Shift: 6pm-6am or 10pm-6am

• Competitive salary: Base pay of $16-$20.25 (DOE) with $2/hour differential on weekdays after 6pm and $3/hour on weekends

Your Role:

Our CNAs play a vital role in providing daily living activities and services to residents, aligned with their individual care plans. We value kindness, professionalism, respect, and dignity in our approach. Your duties will include:

• Providing exceptional resident care and support for ADLs and personal hygiene
• Responding to call lights with compassion and helpfulness
• Ensuring residents receive appropriate diets based on their preferences, allergies, and restrictions
• Recording vital signs as requested
• Promptly notifying the nurse of any changes in resident conditions
