Job summary

Asante in Grants Pass, OR is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 1st shift days. This full-time role (FTE 0.9) supports the RN and patient care teams, practicing nursing processes within department policies.

You will promote patient safety and comfort, document responses, and communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff. Requires OSBN CNA certification, BLS certification, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; weekend duties may apply.

Qualifications

• CNA certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required at start.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) required at start.

SalaryRange:$19.2700- $26.50

Shift Differentials:

• $1.21/hr. for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $2.05/hr. for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $1.05/hr. extra for working weekends

Position Summary

ACertified Nursing Assistantisresponsible and accountable for their practice for assigned patient(s), contributing to the utilization of the nursing process, under the supervision and direction of the RN, and performs all duties in accordance with department policies and procedures and scope of practice.We are seeking a CNA to join a top healthcare system. Work Environment/Physical Requirements

• This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis - such as transferring a patient in and out of a bed. The ability to bend, stretch, twist, and perform other awkward physical movements is also required.
