Job summary

Vital Healthcare Jobs is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN and Full Time roles to support Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities in Claremore, Tulsa, Muskogee and surrounding areas. You will travel between multiple facilities, delivering compassionate resident care and assisting with daily living activities.

As a CNA, you will be responsible for vital signs, documenting care, and communicating changes to nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Provide comfort measures such as positioning, ice packs, and non-sterile dressings.
• Document care and communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
