CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT - THREE RIVERS HEALTH AND REHABILITATION CENTER

Join Liberty Health as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Position: Per Diem, Evenings

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and ADLs during shifts.
• Performing oral hygiene and denture care as needed.
• Completing patient care records accurately, including I and O.
• Assisting charge nurses with resident needs and treatments.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified in the DFS registry as a CNA.
• Genuine concern for geriatric patient welfare.
• Ability to follow orders and attend required training and meetings.
