Job summary

The Pennant Group, a home health and hospice provider, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Sundance, WY team. You will deliver personal care, assist with meals, and support daily living activities in a home health setting.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have CPR certification, and can follow care plans with minimal supervision while maintaining patient comfort and safety. This is a full-time role offering hands-on patient care at home.

Responsibilities
