Job summary

Meadow View, Inc. in Berlin, PA, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join a supportive, team-oriented skilled nursing facility. Full-time shifts include 7AM-3PM, 7AM-7PM, 3PM-3AM, and 7PM-7AM.

Qualified CNAs provide resident care per individualized plans and assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and vital signs. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and comfort, with routine rounds, documentation, and adherence to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification.
• Experience preferred in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Basic EHR/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to individualized resident care plans.
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and vital signs.
• Maintain resident dignity, safety, and comfort.
• Perform routine rounds, repositioning, and skin care.
• Document care accurately and communicate changes to licensed staff.
