Full-time positions available: 2 pm- 10 pm Tues-Sat or 10 pm-6 am Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs

Part-time Overnight position available: 10 pm-6 am Friday and Saturday

Pay: Starting at $25 per hour, with higher rates based on experience

Every other weekend availability required

Role:

Care aides are vital members of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending programs.
  • Monitor vital signs as instructed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Experience: Caregiving experience of at least 1 year (Preferred)
  • Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Required
