Covenant Living of the Great Lakes in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time 1st shift. You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with nursing staff in a faith-based memory support and skilled nursing community.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an approved CNA program, and listing on the state CNA registry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily care to residents.
• Assist with activities, light housekeeping, laundry and dining services.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting and grooming.
• Maintain clean and orderly resident rooms and assist with transfers when needed.
