Qualifications

Job Posting Description

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in our Continuing Care/Skilled Nursing facility with all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

  • Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $18.00 per hour.
  • Shift differential for evening or overnights $1.00 per hour, all weekend shifts $2.00 per hour.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
  • Assisting residents in activities of daily living
  • Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
  • Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
  • Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What You Will Need

  • Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience in a Skilled Nursing setting
  • Current CPR certification is preferred.
  • Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Basic computer skills required.
