Job summary

Interim Healthcar is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate personal care in inpatient settings. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, monitoring vital signs, and basic procedures under the nursing plan of care. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered and state-specific certification is required.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, infection control, and accurate documentation, with opportunities to grow as you support patients across ages and care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent and Nursing Assistant certification.
• RN in final year or unlicensed RN/LPN/LVN may be eligible per state law.
• One year experience in a comparable role or as required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene, grooming, and comfort for patients.
• Promote a safe care environment and follow infection control rules.
• Monitor and report patient condition to supervisor.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and ROM exercises.
• Record intake/output, glucose, vital signs, and weight.
• Administer non-medicated enemas and dressings as directed.
• Apply/monitor restraints safely as directed.
• Transport patients and equipment as needed.
• Complete other assignments and handle PHI per policy.
