Adventist Health Sierra Vista in San Luis Obispo is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care under the supervision of a licensed RN. This role includes assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic patient support in a busy hospital setting.
The position requires CNA and BLS certifications, with preferred phlebotomy and audiometry/vision training. The incumbent will help maintain patient comfort and unit efficiency in a patient‑centered environment.

Provides personal nursing care to the patient under the direction of a licensed registered nurse (RN). Performs tasks associated with activities of daily living including self‑care needs. Performs routine assigned tasks and reports patients’ status and concerns to the RN. This position is represented by SEIU.
