Job summary

Allure of Pinecrest in Mount Morris, Illinois, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide essential resident care, support daily living activities, and help maintain resident dignity and safety in a caring environment.

We offer multiple shifts (1st-3rd) with Full-Time and Part-Time options. Benefits include health/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, daily pay, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois CNA Certification is required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• CPR Certification preferred.

• Provide personal care, comfort, and mobility assistance.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.

As a CNA at Allure of Pinecrest, you will be the heart of resident care, providing exceptional support and assistance to our residents.

Shift Availability:

Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available.

1st shift, 2nd shift and 3rd shift

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)

• Provide personal care, comfort, and mobility assistance

• Observe and report changes in resident condition

• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights

• Promote dignity, privacy, and safety

• Complete accurate documentation

Requirements:

Compensation & Sign-On Bonuses:

• Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 bi-weekly (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonuses:

  • $3,000 - Full-Time

  • $1,500 - Part-Time
