Position Details

Full-Time, Night Shift.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
2. Assist with oral hygiene, including denture care, during morning routines, after meals, at bedtime, and as needed.
3. Complete patient care records accurately at the end of each shift, including I&O documentation.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.
5. Support charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant registered in the DFS registry.
• Genuine concern for geriatric patient care and welfare.
• Ability to follow instructions and receive training.
• Attend required in-service training and staff meetings.
