Job summary

Ansley Park Health & Rehab in Newnan, GA is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living needs and deliver compassionate, dignified care. You will work closely with nurses and the care team in a supportive, mission-driven setting.

The position offers evenings, nights and weekends shift differentials, weekly pay, and a benefits package including PTO, holidays, vision, and a company-matched 401(k). Join a culture that values respect and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification (GA or eligible).
• Heart for service and passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members

Starting Pay: $18.45 to $21/hour
