Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care in a supportive environment.

You'll perform daily living assistance, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the nursing staff while following safety and infection control guidelines. Strong communication and dependability are essential, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification recognized in the state
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with CNA scope of practice
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Measure and document vital signs and resident observations
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Support mobility, transfers, and safety
• Document care accurately and timely
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
