Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living in Thibodaux, LA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care to our senior residents. If you’re a licensed CNA who takes ownership of your work and values integrity, teamwork, and professionalism, we’d love to connect.

In this role you will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, document vital signs, and support mobility and safety while adhering to infection control and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with CNA scope of practice.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Measure and document vital signs and resident observations.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safety.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
