Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN night shifts in Georgia. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, provide patient-centered care, support mobility, and work with nurses to deliver exceptional care.

We offer starting pay of $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits including myFlexPay and a 401(k) with company match. This non-profit, mission-driven setting emphasizes growth and respect for all team members.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (GA) or eligible.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers & positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams.

What You Bring
