Job summary

Stevens Park Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and assist with mobility and transfers. The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and teamwork in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

You will report changes to resident conditions, maintain a clean environment, and collaborate with nurses to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
