Job summary

Liberty Senior Living is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents at Pisgah Manor. You will assist with ADLs, maintain hygiene, and help with care records in a compassionate geriatric setting.

Eligible candidates include 18+ with a HS diploma; CNA certification and DFS registry listing required. New CNA training program reimbursement available; background checks/drug-free workplace. EOE.

Qualifications

• Must be a current CNA listed in DFS registry.
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene and ADLs.
• Support with oral hygiene and denture care as needed.
• Complete patient care records including I and O.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.

Job Description:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADL’s as needed during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care when getting up in the morning, after meals, at bedtime, and/or when needed.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant, listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and have a genuine concern for their welfare.
• Willing to receive, understand, and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.
