Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join Liberty Commons. The role involves assisting residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and all ADLs, including denture care and oral hygiene.

You will complete end-of-shift care records and assist the charge nurse with resident needs. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be listed in the DFS registry, and be willing to work with

• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant, listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and have a genuine concern for their welfare.
• Willing to receive, understand, and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.
