Certified Nursing Assistant / Personal Care Aide - Part-Time Day Shift

Position Overview

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on skills and experience. This position is non-exempt and overtime eligible.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and emotional care to residents as outlined in the service plan.
  • Complete daily housekeeping and laundry tasks.
  • Assist residents during meals, including setup, serving, and cleanup.
  • Respond to help bells promptly and appropriately.
  • Communicate resident information effectively to supervisors and notify of any changes or concerns.
  • Support residents in activities and serve in the dining room.
  • Participate in the marketing of the facility.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Responsible decision-making aligned with residents' best interests.
  • CNA certification preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old or work under supervision of someone who is.
Requirements
  • Current vaccinations, including COVID-19 and CDC-recommended booster doses.
