Certified Nursing Assistant / Personal Care Aide - Part-Time Day Shift

Position Details:

  • Pay range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
  • Non-exempt and overtime eligible.
  • Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and paid time off.
Summary

The Personal Care Aide provides physical and emotional care to residents as per the service plan, assists with housekeeping and laundry, supports dining and activities, and communicates effectively with residents and families. The role also involves participation in facility marketing.

Required Tasks
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.
  • Help with meals, including setup, serving, and cleanup.
  • Respond to help bells and take appropriate action.
  • Communicate and document resident information to supervisors.
  • Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize.
  • Responsible decision-making aligned with residents' best interests.
  • CNA certification preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old or work under supervision of someone who is.
Requirements
  • Current vaccinations, including COVID-19 and CDC-recommended boosters.
