Certified Nursing Assistant - Per Diem

Shift: 7a-3p
Pay: $15-$16.50/hour

About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will assist with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and maintain a safe and clean environment. This per diem position requires flexible scheduling and working on an as-needed basis with varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including patient rooms and common areas
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care settings preferred
