Job summary

Lutheran Care Center at Concord Village in the Hudson Valley is hiring CNAs across all shifts to provide direct resident care under supervision, focusing on safety, comfort, personal hygiene, and protection of residents.

New increased rates as of 9/20/2025: Mon-Fri Day $23.00, Evening 24.84, Night 25.76; Sat-Sun Day 23.46, Evening 25.30, Night 26.22. Must have NYS CNA certification and read/write English; weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant training and NYS Certification.
• Previous experience in nursing home or hospital preferred.
• Must work a minimum of 5 full shifts per month.
• Must work one weekend per month.
• Must read, write, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal resident care and services under supervision of licensed staff.
• Support safety, comfort, personal hygiene, and resident protection.
• Assist with daily activities and report changes to supervising nurses.
