Certified Nursing Assistant, Penthouse North, Full Time

Join us as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at University of Miami in this full-time role located at the University of Miami Hospital UTower Penthouse North. Enjoy a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

Position Details

Shift: Full-Time, 3 x 12-hour shifts (days, evenings, nights depending on availability)
Location: University of Miami Hospital UTower Penthouse North

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and shaves.
• Support with meals, feeding, ambulation, and repositioning patients; provide hydration and nourishment between meals.
• Administer enemas, douches, dressings, and perform therapeutic baths and applications.
• Conduct urine tests, collect specimens, and provide post-mortem care.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and transport patients and equipment.
• Report patient conditions to nurses for assessment.
• Record vital signs, food and liquid intake/output, and assist with mobility exercises.
• Follow all institutional policies and safeguard assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
