Job summary

Central Gardens Post-Acute in San Francisco, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Part-Time NOC shift (Fri & Sat, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM). Pay rate is $24.00-$25.00 per hour. Join a supportive team dedicated to high-quality resident care.

The CNA will assist with ADLs, monitor residents, respond to calls, document care plans, and help with admissions, discharges, and meals. PTO, ongoing training, and career advancement are offered in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification required.
• Compassionate, reliable and team-oriented approach.
• Able to work Friday and Saturday NOC shifts.
• Experience preferred, but motivated new CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality daily care and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and meal service as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents and staff.
