About The Job

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide essential, compassionate care to clients, helping improve their quality of life while ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Monitor food intake and vital signs
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Report patient needs or changes in condition to nursing staff
• Protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA
• Maintain accurate care records and follow safety protocols
• Document care using EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks preferred)

Requirements:

• Valid CNA or HHA certification (Massachusetts)
• First Aid and CPR Certified
• Basic Life Support certification (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and support patients safely
• Basic computer or mobile app skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy
