Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care and service to ensure the safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being of residents. Follow all duties assigned by the supervisor and the Director of Health & Wellness to maintain high-quality care at all times.

Requirements:
Concern for, appreciation, and understanding of aging individuals. Desire to work with older adults. Friendly, caring disposition. Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, physicians, and families. Must possess Indiana state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.). Experience in dementia care is preferred.
