BSJ – Bethany-St Joseph Corp in Onalaska, WI is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents with daily living, personal care, and activity participation. You will help with mobility, hygiene, and daily tasks while maintaining dignity and respect.

This full-time position includes day and PM shifts with every other weekend and rotating holidays; we offer tuition reimbursement, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plan, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid WI CNA license required.
• Healthcare experience beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist with meals, bathing, and mobility.
• Document care using on-site system.
• Transport residents to activities as needed.
