Job summary

Complete Care is hiring NJ Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will support residents daily, perform vital signs, assist with personal care, mobility, and documentation, and collaborate with families and the care team.

Shifts available days, nights, and overnight with orientation and ongoing training. Competitive pay up to $23.90/hour with shift differentials and incentives.

Responsibilities:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for:

• Performing vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Communicating with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members
• Participating in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
