Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is seeking Long-Term Care CNAs with NJ certification to join our team in Phillipsburg, NJ. The role offers competitive hourly pay and various incentives.

Shifts include days, evenings, and overnight, with a supportive environment focused on teamwork. Responsibilities include direct resident care, vital signs, personal care, mobility assistance, and accurate documentation, while collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to implement individualized

Up to $23.90 an hour + great shift differentials + other incentives!

SHIFTS: DAYS ~ NIGHTS ~ OVERNIGHT

Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Performing vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Communicating with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members
• Participating in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
