Job summary

Bolingreen Health & Rehab is seeking a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Starting pay is $16.80 to $18.35 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are included, along with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required (Georgia state or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
