Job summary

Starting pay is $16.80 to $18.35 per hour with evening, night and weekend shift differentials. Weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, and paid time off are included.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and committed to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere.
