Job summary

The Heritage at Meridian Gardens is seeking a dedicated CNA/CMA to join our Columbus, NE community. As a frontline caregiver, you will provide compassionate resident-centered care, assist with medications, and work under licensed staff to implement care plans.

What You’ll Do:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).
• Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.

Requirements
