Certified Nursing Assistant/Medication Aide (C.N.A.) (C.M.A.)

Winfield Senior Living Community is hiring! We are seeking Full Time, Part Time, and PRN C.M.A's and C.N.A.s!

As a CNA, you will have the unique opportunity to positively impact our residents every day. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare staff, and under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), positively represent the facility, providing routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists residents with activities of daily living.
  • Checks resident vital signs and weight.
  • Provides residents with quality personal hygiene.
  • Answers resident call lights in a timely manner.
  • Reports resident changes in condition to nursing supervisor.
  • Applies principles of infection control in the provision of patient care.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing conditions and the various details of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid and active state-issued C.N.A. certification.
  • Current first aid/CPR certification.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
