Job summary

Centurion Health in Trenton, FL is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join Lancaster Correctional Institution. The CNA will work under nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to provide direct patient care to incarcerated individuals.

Responsibilities include assisting patients with personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and monitoring vital signs. A Florida CNA license (or ability to obtain one) and CPR certification are required; one year of acute care, long-term care,

Qualifications

• CPR certification required or current CPR.
• One year experience in acute care, long term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred.
• Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

We are currently seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Lancaster Correctional Institution located in Trenton, Florida.

The CNA works under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Responsibilities include assisting patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.

Shift

Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm

Qualifications

• Florida CNA license or ability to obtain license
• Current CPR
• One year experience in acute care, long term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred
• Pharmacy experience preferred
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
