Salary range: $22-27 / hour depending on years of experience

Centurion is proud to provide comprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Metropolitan Transition Center (MTC) located in Baltimore, Maryland.

CNAs work under the close supervision of nursing, medical, and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care for incarcerated individuals. Responsibilities include supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs, and vital sign monitoring.

Shift: Days, 24 hours / week

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• CNA or other medical paraprofessional certification required
• CNA licensure in Maryland required
• Training, experience, or certification as a nurse's aide, medical technician, or mental health worker preferred
• One year of experience in acute care, long-term care, emergency, or correctional setting preferred
• Must be actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / BLS
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screening and criminal background check

Available Shift: Part-time, nights, 16 hours / week
