Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Mary Gran

Join Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a caring and rewarding environment. We are currently seeking experienced CNAs for full-time evening shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Help with oral hygiene, including denture care, during morning, after meals, bedtime, and as needed.
• Complete patient care records accurately at the end of each shift, including intake and output documentation.
• Support charge nurses with resident needs and treatments as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified as a nursing assistant and listed in the DFS registry.
• Genuine concern for geriatric patient welfare and willingness to provide compassionate care.
• Ability to understand and follow orders, attend in-service training, and participate in staff meetings.
