Certified Nursing Assistant - (LTC)- FLEX Schedule - Full Time

Good Samaritan Society is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time, flexible schedule position in Crookston, MN. This opportunity is part of our commitment to providing quality care in a Christian environment, serving seniors for over 100 years.

Facility: GSS ND Larimore Ctr

Location: Larimore, ND

Job Details

Shift: 12 Hours - Varied Shifts

Schedule: Flex

Weekly Hours: 40

Salary Range: $19 - $25.50 per hour

Additional Compensation: Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus

Job Summary

The CNA provides resident-centered nursing care and assistance with daily living activities under RN supervision. Responsibilities include bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, psychosocial support, transfer and repositioning, range of motion exercises, and assisting with meals. The CNA documents interactions, communicates changes to nursing staff, and supports wellness and recreational activities.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; minimum age 16
  • Current CNA certification in the state or enrolled in a training program to obtain certification within four months
  • Completion of annual competency testing and ongoing education (minimum 12 hours/year)
  • State-specific requirements, including possible driver classification and licensing
