Job Summary:

This position is a certified nursing assistant (CNA) role designed to provide direct, compassionate care and assistance with daily living needs to patients.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

Tentative Start Date: ASAP - 8 Week Assignment
Facility Type: LTC
Locations: Plainview, NE 68769
Local Pay Rate: $30/hr Weekday ; $32/hr Weekend
Travel Blended Rate: $32/hr ($480 taxed - $800 non taxed) ; $35/hr ($480 taxed - $920 non taxed)

Shift Time Type: 6A - 2:30P
Hours Per Week: 40

Assist with daily living activities to make sure the patient is taken care of. This includes obtaining and recording vital signs, turning and ambulating patients and delivering food and beverages to patients throughout the day. Help patients with personal hygiene, such as providing bedpans and helping them bathe. Provide adjunct patient care as needed. This can include delivering ice packs and dressings to help relieve pain while in therapy or baths for soothing purposes after their session has ended. Process a wide range of information from other professionals and work with physicians, caregivers, and nurses. Closely monitor and record food intake, as well as urinary and fecal output, to be shared with key medical and nursing staff. Job Requirements Education/Experience:

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, state certified nursing assistant certification, and basic computer skills. Must have one year of experience.
