A Wing is a 58-bed Medicare/Medicaid unit caring for residents with clinical issues such as CHF, dehydration, cellulitis, diabetes, DVT, and stable cardiac conditions. Nurses collaborate with doctors, social workers, dieticians, PT/OT, hospice, and spiritual support. It offers learning, growth, and personal satisfaction opportunities.
B Wing is a 40-bed Medicare/Medicaid/Dementia unit providing care for residents with various diagnoses. It is ideal for nursing students to develop organizational skills and experience challenging behaviors, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
C Wing is a 58-bed Medicare/Rehabilitation and Skilled unit, perfect for learning basic med-surg, IV therapy, and wound care. The team works to provide optimal treatment plans, creating a motivating environment for PT/OT residents to reach their goals.
About The Facility
With 2 floors and 4 units, we serve long-term care residents and post-acute rehab patients. The first floor has 96 beds; the second has 100 beds. Nurse-patient ratios vary. We care for dementia, long-term, and rehab residents, including neuro, cardiac, respiratory, and cancer patients, with various activity programs.
Scope of work
Acts as a team member delivering quality, direct patient care. Performs basic skills, communicates observations, and documents care under the supervision of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse. Responsible for daily care tasks like dressing, bathing, transporting, and feeding residents.

Type: Full-time, Evening shift, 40 hours/week, 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., variable days, every other weekend.
