Description

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time, evening shift position at Liberty Commons of Lee County. We offer a rewarding opportunity in a caring environment dedicated to compassionate care for our residents.

Responsibilities

1. Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all activities of daily living (ADLs).
2. Support oral hygiene, including denture care, during morning routines, after meals, at bedtime, and as needed.
3. Complete patient care records accurately at the end of each shift, including input and output documentation.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by the charge nurse or supervisor.
5. Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified as a nursing assistant and listed in the DFS registry.
• Genuine concern and willingness to care for geriatric patients.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Willingness to attend in-service training and staff meetings.
