Qualifications

• Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License required at hire.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required at hire.
• Experience in an acute care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assist in safe and effective nursing care for patients across age groups (neonatal to geriatric).
• Provide direct patient care and support routines per hospital policy and procedures.
• Maintain patient safety, clean environments, and accurate documentation as required.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides assistance in the safe and effective nursing care of patients in a variety of age groups which may include neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and/or geriatric which is consistent with the provisions of Chapter 246-841 WAC.

Required Qualifications:
