Job summary

The Spine Hospital of Louisiana in Baton Rouge is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Inpatient (Med/Surg) team. You will provide hands-on care to adult and geriatric patients, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their recovery.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, transfers, vital signs, and documentation. Requirements: high school diploma, two years hospital/medical experience, LA CNA certification, and BLS.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Effective communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient‑focused care
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and assisting with patient transfers, with or without reasonable accommodation.
