Certified Nursing Assistant in Holyoke, MA ($25 / hr)

Responsibilities :

• Observes and tracks changes in patients' conditions to provide outstanding nursing care under the guidance and supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN)
• Keeps track of vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rate
• Maintains a clean and safe environment in accordance with infection control policies and procedures and as part of the patient care plan
• Gives patients the physical assistance they need to carry out activities of daily living, such as getting out of bed, taking a shower, putting on clothes, using the restroom, standing, or walking

Qualifications :

• Experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields
• Must have an active CNA license
• Access to reliable transportation is a must
