We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide to join our team in the Summerville (Dorchester County) areas and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.

As a CNA with our hospice team, you’ll play a vital role in providing hands-on care and comfort to those at the end of life. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Case Manager and Clinical Manager, you’ll ensure that patients receive compassionate, high-quality support in the comfort of their own homes.

• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and follow established procedures.

What You Bring:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide certification in South Carolina.
• At least 1 year of experience providing personal care (hospice or home health experience preferred).
• A compassionate and patient-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
