Details

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position works under the direction of the Director of CNA Services (or designee) and is responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents according to assessments, care plans, and instructions from nursing management. The CNA collaborates with licensed care staff to coordinate appropriate care and strictly follows all company nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to improving quality of life and partnering with community organizations in patient care
• Ability to work well within a team environment, collaborating daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership
• Desire to pursue higher certifications and further education opportunities
• Ability to work closely with patients on a 1-on-1 basis with support from a patient care team
• Ability to work independently on a day-to-day basis
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
