BrightStar Care is seeking HHA/CNA caregivers for 1:1 home care in Milford and MetroWest. Per diem roles offer flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Base pay starts at $19–$20/hour with premium shifts at $22–$25/hour, weekly direct deposit, bonuses for reliable coverage, and paid orientation plus ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 6+ months HHA/caregiving experience OR active MA CNA License.
• TB Test & Physical within 1 year; can be completed during onboarding.
• Valid driver's license and insured car.
• CPR/BLS from recognized provider; renewals possible during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home care to clients in Milford and surrounding communities.
• Work morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts as available.
• Maintain client safety and well-being and document care provided.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're hiring HHA, CNA, and experienced caregivers for 1:1 home care throughout Milford, Framingham, and surrounding MetroWest and Worcester County communities.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Up to $22–$25/hour for premium shifts

CURRENT SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES:

We currently have morning, afternoon, evening, overnight and weekend opportunities in the Milford/MetroWest area.

• Morning shifts: 8 AM–12 PM and 9 AM–1 PM
• Afternoon shifts: 1 PM–4 PM
• Evening shifts: 5 PM–10 PM
• Weekday and weekend shifts available

Per diem means flexibility. You tell us the schedule you can reliably work, and we match you with shifts.

Current shift opportunities may be available in Milford, Framingham, Ayer, Hopkinton, Franklin, Hopedale, Upton, Whitinsville, Holliston, Shrewsbury, Uxbridge, Bellingham, Holden, Worcester County, and nearby communities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 6+ months HHA/caregiving experience OR active MA CNA License
• TB Test & Physical within 1 year — can be completed during onboarding
• Valid driver's license + insured car
• CPR/BLS from American Heart Association or Red Cross — can be renewed during onboarding if expired

Current CPR/BLS and up-to-date medicals can help move your onboarding along faster.
