CarePartners Health Services in Asheville, North Carolina, is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support Registered Nurses in delivering hands-on care and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for patients. You will assist with vital signs, mobility, and personal care while helping monitor conditions and care plans.

Qualifications

• CNA certification and BLS/CPR required within 30 days of start date.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery.
• Provide non-medicated care such as dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices.
• Keep patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness.
• Communicate kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be a vital part of our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses in providing hands-on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. Your responsibilities will include:
